Mark, a Lubbock native, graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University in May of 1979. Before his graduation, he joined the firm as a part-time employee in January of 1979 and became a full-time employee upon his graduation in May. He attained his certification in November of 1981 and became a shareholder on November 6th, 1991. In his experience with Mason Warner & Company PC, he has become knowledgeable in the areas of Oil & Gas taxation, Farming and Ranching, and Small Business and Closely held Corporations. Mark works with all types of entities, including both “C” and “S” corporations, all forms of partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, Trusts and Estates, as well as not-for-profit entities. Mark is also certified to prepare Medicaid Cost Reports and Rate Enhancement Reports required of Facilities that care for the Elderly and the Intellectually Disabled in the State of Texas.

Tait grew up in Sunray and Dimmitt, Texas. He graduated from West Texas A&M University with a B.B.A in Accounting while being a three-year letterman in football. Tait joined Mason Warner & Company PC on November 10, 2003, and became a shareholder on January 1, 2012. He specializes in the areas of Farm and Ranch as well as Oil and Gas. Tait has extensive experience in individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and not-for-profit tax returns. He is also a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Will is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance. He joined Mason Warner in 2007 and became a shareholder on January 1, 2020. Will has extensive experience in consulting and preparation of individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and not-for-profit tax returns. He has worked with a wide variety of industries, including farming and ranching. Will is also certified to prepare Medicaid Cost Reports in the State of Texas. He has been active in leadership roles on the board of the South Plains Chapter of the TXCPA. Will is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeremy grew up in Lockney, Texas. He graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Master’s in Professional Accounting in May of 2008. He began his career in 2006 and joined Mason Warner & Company on June 30, 2008, and became a shareholder on January 1, 2020. He attained his certification in August of 2010. Jeremy has experience in S and C Corporations, Partnerships, Small Businesses, Individuals, and Limited Liability Companies. He is also certified to prepare Medicaid Cost Reports in the state of Texas. Jeremy also holds the ABV credential, which stands for Accredited in Business Valuations. He has completed Business Valuations for a variety of client engagements, including Buy / Sell agreements and Gift transfers.
